Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients will be indicated for gastric ESD if they have either benign or malignant gastric mucosal or submucosal lesions such as early gastric cancer, stromal tumor, lipoma, comlying with documented indication of gastric ESD. Patients inlucded should have a test for H.pylori infection. Positive H.pylori infection are defined by C-urea breath tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. are = 20 yrs; 2. have diabetes, cirrhosis with abnormal coagulation, hematological disorders with coagulation abnormality, and autoimmune diseases that may delay ulcer healing; 3. have to use drugs such as antithrombotic drugs (asprin, clopidogrel, heparin, e.g.), NSAIDs, glucocorticoid pre- and post-ESD; 4. have a history of allergy to the test drugs; 5. have a history of gastrectomy; 6. are of pregnancy or lactation.
