Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: THA after failed porous tantalum implantation (PTI) for osteonecrosis of the femoral head

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: re-operation and infection after PTI surgery, and follow-up time after converted THA less than 36 months
