20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20–40 years old, body mass index 18-30 kg/m2; 2. Women who have experienced repeated implantation failure(RIF)while transplant high quality embryos=2 times, planned to perform FET again; 3. Women who have more than 2 high-quality embryos.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. with significant systemic diseases not suitable for pregnancy, (including hyperthyroidism, diabetes, lupus erythematosus); 2. space-occupying lesions in uterine cavity, severe intrauterine adhesions ( IUAs); 3. uterine malformationl; 4. cervical incompetence; 5. adenomyosis; 6. abnormal karyotype; 7. recurrent spontaneous abortions; 8. reproductive tract tumors; 9. acute or chronic inflammation of reproductive tract.
