Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosised with idiopathic scoliosis; 2. Patients requires corrective surgery; 3. Normal prothrombin time(PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-idiopathic scoliosis patients; 2. Abnormal PT and APTT before surgery.
