Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and neuropathy; 2. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and without neuropathy; 3. Aged between 18-75 years old; 4. Patients who understand the purpose of the experiment and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute complications of diabetes (including diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertensive state of diabetes); 2. Impaired liver and kidney function, cardiac insufficiency, etc.; 3. Acute infection, tumor, etc.
