Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Consecutive patients 18 to 75 years; 2. Persistent chest pain = 30 minutes; 3. presenting with STEMIb12 h after the onset of ischemic symptoms and with ST-segment elevation = 0.1 mV in at least two contiguous leads or new left bundle branch block; 4. Patients volunteered to join the study and signed an informed consent form (ICF).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Expected life of non-cardiac disease <1 year; 2. Atrial fibrillation, pacing rhythm or severe aortic stenosis recorded during echocardiography; 3. History of previous myocardial infarction Or a history of PCI; 4. The patient's acoustic window is poor, and the acquired images cannot be further analyzed.
