Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old male and female; 2. The patient has no mental illness or language impairment, understands the condition of this study and has signed an informed consent; 3. No clinical manifestations of urinary infection, urinary tract infection was indicated by routine examination of urine, but negative urine pathogenic examination (increased urinary routine leukocyte) was found after 3 days of broad-spectrum antibiotic treatment; 4. Clinical manifestations of urinary tract infection, routine examination of urine suggests urinary tract infection, positive results of uropathogeny examination, treated by sensitive antibiotics for more than 7 days
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Transplant kidney; 2. Diseases of the blood system and abnormal coagulation function; 3. Taking anticoagulants such as aspirin, warfarin, dabigatran, rivaroxaban, and alperoxaban for more than 2 weeks; 4. Fever or urinary tract infection is not treated according to the inclusion criteria; 5. Pregnant women and women menstruate; 6. Complications such as severe systemic disease, heart disease, pulmonary insufficiency, and major organ failure cannot tolerate anesthesia or surgery.
