18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-75 years male and female; 2. Individuals to be considered at average risk of colorectal cancer and must satisfy one of the following conditions: (1) first-degree relatives had a history of colorectal cancer; (2) a history of cancer; (3) a history of intestinal polyps; (4) with two or more of the following clinical signs: chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation, mucus or bloody history, history of chronic appendicitis or appendectomy surgery, chronic cholecystitis or gallbladder surgery, adverse events in the history; 3. Patients underwent enteroscopy and fecal occult blood examination at our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals had received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or biotherapy within the previous 1 years; (2) Individuals had received received enema within the previous 3 months; (3) vital signs are not stable or show poor compliance and lack of responses on experimental test.
