65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged = 65 years old; 2. ASA I-III grade; 3. elective esophageal tumor resection patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease (near blood pressure, poor blood sugar control); 2. combined with heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 3. preoperative sedative, anti-depressant, anticholinergic and other drugs; 4. Unconsciousness, low intelligence, language communication barriers, and inability to cooperate with the completion of the scale examination; 5. With dementia before surgery (China's revised Mini-Cog simple cognitive assessment scale 5 points, less than 3 points threshold is considered dementia), depression and other neurological disorders; 6. The patient has been included in other studies.
