modified early goal-directed therapy group:Fluid resuscitation was guided by 2016 Surviving Sepsis Campaign International Guidelines combined with SVV monitored by FloTrac/Vigileo system, and then req
standard therapy group:The first 6 hours of fluid resuscitation will be goal-directed by systolic blood pressure(SBP)=100mmHg and shock index (SI)<0.8.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged=18 years; 2. Diagnosis of sepsis refer to the definition of 2016 sepsis 3.0 and surviving sepsis campaign:international guidelines for management of sepsis and septic shock:2016; 3. definition of hypoperfusion: refractory hypotension (mean arterial pressure MAP <65mmHg) after an initial intravenous fluid challenge; 2 or blood lactate level of 4 mmol per liter or more.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unconsciousness caused by cerebrovascular accidents, head injury, hepatic coma, etc; 2. Combine with others types of shock; 3. Acute myocardial infarction, pregnancy, end-stage disease, extensive burns, extremely difficult mouth opening, arrhythmia, heart function level III or higher; 4. Time of spesis-induced hypoperfusion more than 24 hours; 5. Written informed consent was not obtained.
