18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of Stage 5 CKD; 3. Dialysis therapy (peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, CRRT and other renal replacement therapy) was not started when the patients were enrolled in the study. 4. Informed and consented.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having severe uncontrolled primary diseases or malignant tumors of the heart, brain, liver, or hematopoietic system; 2. uncorrectable volume overload, hyperkalemia, acidosis or uremia encephalopathy which requires emergent dialysis; 3. Patients who are severely infected or have already taken antibiotics; 4. Patients who cannot cooperate with the investigation.
