Group 2:laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy for treating POP

Age
40 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. <80 years old; 2. the POP-Q scoring system was adopted to achieve the standard of severe uterine prolapse (III, IV); 3. there is no serious complication of internal and external diseases; 4. no history of gynecologic or other malignancies; 5. Invalid system conservative treatment; 6. no history of pelvic surgery; 7. with or without urinary incontinence; 8. patients have a willingness to operate and have high compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe internal and external diseases can not tolerate surgery; 2. the patient has a history of gynecologic or other malignancies; 3. poor compliance.
