Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Choosing the patient with elective surgery in the affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University; 2. Aged 18-75 years; 3. ASA I-III; 4. BMI 18.5-24.9kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate or unable to sign informed consent; 2. Severe coronary artery disease ,ischemic heart disease or arrhythmia; 3. Hypertension; 4. Asthma and other severe respiratory diseases; 5. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency.
