Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and older; 2. The onset is <= 24 hours; 3. Patients with acute ischemic stroke; 4. mRS score <= 1 before onset; 5. Computed tomography angiography (CTA)/magnetic resonance angiography (MRA)/digital subtraction angiography (DSA) confirmed large vessel occlusion, large vessels including internal carotid artery (ICA), middle cerebral artery (MCA) anterior cerebral artery (ACA) or Vertebrobasilar artery; 6. Receive endovascular treatment; 7. Acute large artery atherosclerotic stroke.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage was confirmed by cranial computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Allergy to contrast medium or nitinol; 4. Genetics or acquired hemorrhagic constitution, lack of anticoagulant factor; Or oral anticoagulants and INR > 1.7; 5. Life expectancy < 6 months due to late stage of any disease; 6. Missing 90 day Mrs score; 7. Brain tumors with space occupying effect were excluded from imaging.
