Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who are willing to participate this study and sign up the informed consent form 2. displaced femoral neck fractures that are diagnosed by CT and X-ray; 3. aged > 75 years old males or females; 4. have a history of injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pathological fractures; 2. fracture with tumor or immunodeficiency disease; 3. fracture with spinal cord injury or nerve injury; 4. refuse to sign Informed consent.
