Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Prostate cancer patients have 2 consecutive blood PSA levels >2 ng/ml during androgen deprivation therapy or imaging findings; 2) Blood testosterone level <50 ng/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Missing main data; 2) Patient compliance is poor, can not follow up according to plan, review more than 2 times; 3)Insufficient total amount of blood RNA extracted.
