Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged at least 18 years old; Blood pressure 120~139mmHg / 80 ~ 89 mmHg. The informed life and follow-up are expected. The life expectancy is more than 1 year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with essential hypertension or are taking antihypertensive drugs, secondary hypertension; acute myocardial death and acute stroke; accompanied by severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease; severe liver and kidney disease; combined with malignant tumor, serious Autoimmune diseases, etc.; those with a history of allergies or clear contraindications to the study drug; a clear diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy, carotid thickening or plaque, hypertensive fundus changes, and no follow-up.
