Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical symptoms and related imaging examinations to confirm the diagnosis; the lower end of the biliary tract is unblocked; patients and their families sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe suppurative cholangitis, bile duct stricture, bile duct malformation, intrahepatic bile duct stones, predictive choledochoscopy difficult to take stones
