Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosis of Parkinsons disease according to the UK Parkinsons Disease Society Brain Bank Clinical Diagnostic Criteria; (2) If the patients with constipation meet the diagnostic criteria of Roman IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation, if the patients with nocturia meet the nocturia diagnostic standard; (3) the Hoehn-Yahr (H&Y) stage belongs to 1-4; (4) aged between 40 and 80 years; (5) the course of PD is =6 months; (6) If the patients with constipation the course of constipation is =3 months and the number of SBMs per week <3 times; (7) those who voluntarily participate in the study, receive relevant examinations and treatments, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematopoietic diseases, malignant tumors and other serious life-threatening diseases; 2. patients who have been diagnosed as schizophrenia or major depression, or major depression (Mini-mental State Examination(MMSE): the illiterate educational?level is <14 scores, the Primary school educational level is <20 scores, and the secondary school and above educational level is <24 scores); 3. patients who have received other clinical trials or acupuncture treatment within 30 days before treatment may affect the results of this study; 4. patients can not be treated with EA with acupuncture points in this study may because of skin diseases, limb defects, or other condition; 5. pregnant or lactating women (female patients under 60 years age undergo urine pregnancy test); 6. patients taking antidepressants, analgesics, and antihistamines that affect PD symptoms within 2 weeks before treatment; 7. The following criteria should be excluded for patients with constipation: 1) patients with abdominal or anorectal surgery (except for hemorrhoid surgery, one year after appendectomy, inguinal hernia repair, cholecystectomy or gynecological surgery without signs of adhesion) that may affect intestinal transit; 2) patients who have been diagnosed with anal tumors, malformations, suspected intestinal obstruction or other organic diseases leading to constipation; 3) patients with acute gastrointestinal disease within 2 weeks before treatment; 8. If patients with nocturia are excluded the following criteria: 1) patients currently with urinary tract infections, diabetes or taking diuretics. Note: if the patient is accompanied by constipation and nocturia, rule 7 and 8 should be excluded simultaneously. If only accompanied by one symptom, the corresponding exclusion criteria are excluded.
