Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. People with normal fasting blood lipids: fasting TG <1.7mmol/L, fasting TC <5.7mmol/L; 2. People at high risk of diabetes who meet the following conditions: (1) Aged =40 years; (2) A history of impaired glucose regulation; (3) Overweight (BMI=24kg/m2) or obesity (BMI=28kg/m2) and/or central obesity (male waist circumference =90cm, female waist circumference =85cm); (4) Family history of type 2 diabetes among first-degree relatives; (5) Women with a history of fetalmacrosomia childbearing (birth weight = 4 kg) or gestational diabetes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Vegetarians, malignant tumors, digestive diseases (hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases), hyperlipidemia, diabetes, heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, kidney disease, acute and chronic blood diseases, infectious diseases, mental disorders, stroke and pregnancy in nearly 3 months, taking drugs that affect glucose and lipid metabolism (fish oil, birth control pills, hormones, beta blockers, diuretics), serious infections, surgery, trauma history, weight changes over 3kg.
