Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. those who met the diagnostic criteria of the fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease in 1995 on ataxia of stroke, CT or MRI showed the lesion involved in the posterior- circulation blood supply area without obvious cerebral edema; 2. aged 18-65 years, first onset, 1-6 months after the onset of hemiparetic stroke; 3. score=9 on Fugl-meyer motor scale; 4. with ataxia symptoms, nervous system physical examination and ataxia test(+); 5. the ability to accomplish evaluation and treatment; 6. signature of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. significant cognitive impairment, speech disorder and severe complications; 2. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 3. ataxia caused by craniocerebral and spinal cord injury or other causes; 4. not safe and comfortable to sit on mechanical horseback riding with dizziness or spinal or lower extremity osteoarthropathy etc.; 5. those taking drugs that may affect exercise or balance during the experiment; 6. peripheral neuropathy; 7. failure to cooperate with treatment or examination with other reasons.
