Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) primary gastric cancer; (2) 18-80 years old; (3) electronic gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma; (4) preoperative CT evaluation of the whole abdomen: clinical T stage T4b, invasion of the pancreas, clinical N stage n0-2, M stage M0 or M1 (resectable), R0 resection is expected; (5) functional status: 0-2 points (ECOG); (6) voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of other malignant tumors within 5 years; (2) accompanied by other malignant tumors; (3) have a history of gastric resection; (4) have severe or uncontrolled medical diseases (including liver insufficiency, renal failure, severe diabetes and lung failure, etc.); (5) patients requiring long-term use of hormones or immunosuppressive agents (e.g., steroid or transplant rejection drug therapy); (6) patients with severe or uncontrollable mental diseases; (7) drug abuse and medical, psychological or social conditions may interfere with patients' participation in the study or affect the evaluation of the study results; (8) any unstable situation or situation that may endanger patient safety and compliance; (9) is being treated with anticancer drugs in other clinical trials.
