Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets DSM-IV criteria for current substance addiction and voluntary withdrawal; 2. Aged 18-45 years old, healthy male or female; 3. BMI 19-35 kg/m2; 4. Patient with opioid addiction who undergo withdrawal for 1-180 days or nicotine and alcohol withdrawal for 1-3 days; 5. Able to understand the procedures and methods of the study, willing to complete the study in strict compliance with the clinical trial program, and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with Diseases of the blood system; 2. A known allergy or sensitivity to alcohol or iodide; 3. Patient with gastrointestinal diseases; 4. Patient who have received blood transfusion or blood donor; 5. Patient is pregnant, lactating, or unwilling to follow study required measures for pregnancy prevention; 6. Patient with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and metabolic diseases, etc.; 7. Patient with active infection; 8. According to the researcher's judgement, the patient has any other factors that may affect the efficacy or safety evaluation of the study.
