Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for patients with chronic hepatitis B: (1) a clear history of hepatitis B virus infection more than 6 months; (2) pathological results were obtained by liver biopsy; the interval between liver biopsy and magnetic resonance examination was not more than one month; (3) MRI examination was completed, and the image quality was good enough to be able to perform, which can realize the effective analysis of the liver parenchyma. The inclusion criteria for Normal control group: (1) No history of chronic liver disease; (2) Recent hepatitis markers and liver function tests excluded chronic viral hepatitis and liver dysfunction; (3) Recent physical examination and upper abdominal ultrasound examination were normal; (4) Complete the MRI examination, and the image quality is good, which can realize the effective analysis of the liver parenchyma.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for patients with chronic hepatitis B: (1) those who could not or would not sign the informed consent; (2) those who had a history of operation in the right lobe of the liver; (3) those who had space occupying lesions in the liver or other lesions in the liver (such as fatty liver, cholangitis, etc.) found by imaging examination. The exclusion criteria for the control group: (1) those who could not or would not sign the informed consent; (2) those who had space-occupying lesions or other lesions (such as fatty liver, cirrhosis, cholangitis, etc.) found by imaging examination; (3) those who had a long history of heavy drinking; (4) those who had a long history of heavy drug use.
