Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult aged at least 18 years old; 2. Patients with intervertebral disc herniation while the people in Control group are healthy; 3. Can cooperate with researchers; 4. Anesthesia risk rating scores ASA 1-3; 5. Willing to join the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation, children or youth; 2. Can not cooperate with researchers; 3. Vertebral trauma history; 4. Scoliosis, spinal deformity, metabolic disorders or malignant tumor.
