Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The exact imaging (CTA, MRA, DSA) evidence is clearly diagnosed as a ruptured or unruptured cystic cerebral aneurysm; 2. Patients and their families' hospitals participate in this study and can follow long-term follow-up; 3. The patient and the patient's family signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. traumatic aneurysm; 2. non-cystic aneurysm; 3. combined with other diseases such as polycystic kidney disease, equine syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, known intracranial lesions such as tumor, cerebral vascular malformation, moyamoya disease, psychosis Or a history of neurological diseases; 4. combined with other malignant diseases such as lung cancer, gastric cancer or expected survival time of patients less than 1 year; 5. patients can not be long-term follow-up; 6. have participated in other research cohorts of the same category.
