Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 15 and 65 years old; 2. The patient up to severe brain injury diagnosis standard, requiring mechanical ventilation more than 48 hours, Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS)=8; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction >35%; 4. Lineal consanguinity or legal surrogate is willing to provide informed consent form(ICF); 5. Body mass index(BMI) < 35 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failed to effectively control local or systemic bacterial infection in acute period; 2. With shock and critically ill patients who unable to fit the operation and effect evaluation; 3. Pneumothorax, pulmonary bulla, bronchoplaeural fistulaand had undergone lobectomy within 2weeks; 4. History of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); defined as noninvasive ventilation and/or oxygen therapy at home or repeated systemic corticosteroid therapy for acute exacerbations of COPD; 5. End-stage of chronic disease; 6. Breastfeeding or pregnancy.
