Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II, aged 18-60, ungergoing selective Lobectomy under VATS under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Arrhythmia, heart disease, stenosis or occlusion of esophagus, Esophageal varices or hemorrage,hemorrahge,history of esophageal or gastrointestinal surgery
