Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade I to III; (2) aged 18 to 65 years; (3) elective patients who underwent simple two or three valve replacement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with coronary heart disease; diabetic patients; active infective endocarditis; (2) severe liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; patients with myocardial infarction within four weeks, or patients with propofol allergy; (3) Patients with secondary thoracotomy and cardiopulmonary resuscitation during experimental observation;
