Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis with osteoporotic fracture, age = 50 years old; 2. patients with fixed addresses in the region for follow-up; 3. patients diagnosed by endocrinologists who need to continue anti-osteoporosis treatment; 4. Can communicate by oral or text and participate voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families have no communication facilities to be contacted; 2. Fractures caused by severe violence (car accidents, disasters, etc.); 3. Patients with severe mental illness or physical disability who are unable to take their own medication. 4. Refuse to follow up.
