Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18 to 65 years old; 2. ASA physical status I and II; 3. patients schedue for VATS lobectomy; 4. Volunteered to participate in this clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with cerebrovascular disease,digestive disease(e.g.peptic ulcer),dysfunction of liver,renal dysfunction,diabetes,hematological system disorders; 2. history of chronic pain, long time of taking opioids,NSAIDS or hormones; 3. allergic to local anesthetic; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; patients with mental disease who is unable to give a VAS score; 5. Regional nerve block contraindication; 6. patients with moderate or severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 7. patients with atropin contraindications; 8. the operation changes to open surgery.
