Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) type 2 diabetes (T2DM) patients (1999 world health organization diabetes diagnostic criteria); (2) Aged 18-70 years old; (3) 18.5 kg/m2 = BMI < 24kg/m2 = control group; 25kg/m2 = BMI < 40.0kg/m2 = overweight/obese group; (4) hba1c 6.5-11.0%; (5) the patient with coronary heart disease was clearly diagnosed by coronary angiography, or had previous chronic myocardial infarction, or was positive in exercise stress test and was associated with risk factors. The patient's condition was stable after drug, intervention and surgical treatment; (6) voluntarily sign the informed consent form and perform the following aspects in the research process: those who are able to receive continuous study treatment according to the plan, while those who are willing to accept regular outpatient visits and telephone calls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with glp-1ras contraindications or untolerable adverse drug reactions; (2) glp-1ras and DPP-IV inhibitors were applied within the previous 3 months; (3) patients treated with four-needle insulin and DPP-IV inhibitor for glucose reduction; (4) patients with other endocrine system diseases (such as Cushing's syndrome, PCOS, hyperthyroidism and uncorrected hypothyroidism); (5) patients with severe cardiovascular diseases, such as severe arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, pathological sinus node syndrome, etc.), cardiac insufficiency (NYHA grade is greater than or equal to grade III), unstable angina pectoris, and acute myocardial infarction; (6) patients with other serious macroangiopathy combined; (7) patients with abnormal liver function (with ALT more than twice the upper limit of normal reference value) and chronic kidney injury (Scr > 133umol/L); (8) patients with diseases such as active hepatitis, tuberculosis and malignant tumor; (9) patients with trauma and surgical operations within the last 3 months; (10) women during pregnancy and lactation.
