Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 85 years old; (2) Patients with cerebral infarction; the diagnosis is in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, and the diagnosis of cerebral infarction by head CT or MRI; (3) First-time infarction, basal ganglia lesions, no craniocerebral trauma, central or peripheral nervous system diseases, no major organ failure, serious infection, malignant tumor, liver and kidney disease, etc.; (4) Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous motor dysfunction or other serious organ diseases and language, visual impairment, mental disorders, etc.; 2. The medical record information is incomplete.
