Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the world health organization's diagnostic criteria for acute cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction patients with cerebral hemispheric infarction whose responsible vessels were identified by cranial CT or cranial MRI; 2. initial occurrence of ischemic stroke; 3. the onset time is within 3 days; 4. aged 30-80 years; 5. the patient or family member signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction; 2. Coma patients; 3. Patients with massive cerebral infarction; 4. Patients with poor coordination of transcranial doppler ultrasonography; 5. Patients who are participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
