18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First onset; 2. CT or MRI confirmed unilateral subcortical ischemic infarction; 3. Course >= 1 months; right hand; 4. Aged 18-75 years old, clear consciousness, stable vital signs; 5. upper extremity spastic, Brunnstrom staging in II-V, the modified Ashworth scale between 1 to 3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe impairment in speech, intelligence, attention, hearing, mental or cognitive .History of epilepsy and family history of epilepsy; 2. Serious heart, kidney, lung, liver and other important organ damage and other serious neurological diseases, tumors, etc.; 3. Accept skeletal muscle relaxation drugs during 2 weeks or have a history of muscle relaxation drug injection in the past 6 months; 4. Metal or skull defects in the body.
