Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with the first acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction and given emergency PCI.The duration of ischemic chest pain was greater than or equal to 30 points;ST segment elevation of two or more adjacent leads, limb leads were greater than or equal to 0.1m V, and thoracic leads were greater than or equal to 0.2m V.The onset is within 12 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of myocardial infarction or coronary artery stent implantation or coronary artery bypass graft; 2. Patients with cardiogenic shock; 3. Patients with renal insufficiency; 4. Patients with advanced malignant tumor; 5. Diabetic ketoacidosis; 6. diabetic patients; 7. Patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma; 8. Claustrophobia; 9. Patients declined to participate in the study.
