Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease in 2011 clinical practice guidelines for chronic kidney disease and dialysis (K/DOQI), and regular dialysis for more than 3 months; 2. Have basic reading and understanding ability, and can master QQ, WeChat and other network tools; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with severe heart, brain, lung and other complications or severe disability after large handsPrevious; 2. present patients with mental illness and severe cognitive dysfunction Communication barriers; 3. Unable to live independently.
