Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with PCOS according to the diagnostic criteria of Rotterdam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Older than 40 years; 2. Patients with autoimmune disease; 3. Patients with endometriosis or hydrosalpinx; 4. Chromosomal abnormalities; 5. ICSI.
