18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18-75 years; 2) ASA I-II; 3) elective surgical treatment for esophageal cancer (thoracoscope-laparoscopic-cervical anastomosis left).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have peripheral vascular diseases or diseases of the blood system; 2) major organ dysfunction (EF<50%,transaminase,bilirubin,and hemosidine exceeding the upper limit by 2 times); 3) one-lung ventilation cannot be performed during operation.
