control:normal saline

dexmedetomidine grou:10min before anesthesia induction, 0.6ug /kg of dexmedetomidine was pumped, followed by 0.2ug /kg/h for maintenance until ureteral and bladder anastomosis was completed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA III - IV; (2) Renal failure. Dialysis has been used as an alternative treatment; (3) Prepared kidney transplantation; (2) Agree to attend this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have central nervous system disease; (2) Long-term use of opiates and patients or have mental disorders; (3) Dialysis patients within two days after surgery.
