Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with spontaneous pneumothorax who had undergone closed thoracic drainage will be selected. The drainage tube was a peritoneal drainage tube (inner diameter 10Fr), and the abdominal drainage tube was connected to a three-chamber water-sealing system. Closely observe the presence or absence of bubble overflow and water column fluctuations in the water-sealed tube in the patient's water-sealed bottle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. B-type ultrasound investigation has skin damage, infection, etc.; 2. Rib fractures are not easy B-operator; 3. Patient is not willing to continue the experiment, requesting the withdrawal.
