Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-79 years old, male and female, previous diagnosis of "gastroesophageal reflux disease" or "Barrett's esophagus", recent symptoms recurrence, review of gastroscope, and meet the following conditions: (1) esophagitis without bile reflux group: no typical reflux symptoms (acid reflux, heartburn, chest pain) or other atypical upper gastrointestinal symptoms (upper abdominal pain or discomfort, abdominal distension, etc.) and complications of extra-gastrointestinal reflux such as Recurrent bronchial symptoms, repeated persistent cough, persistent chest pain, etc.; gastroscopy showed that esophagitis without bile in the mucus pool as the main diagnosis; more than 2 times of endoscopic examination revealed no bile reflux; (2) esophagitis with bile reflux group: with or without typical reflux symptoms (re-acid, heartburn, chest pain) and other atypical upper gastrointestinal symptoms (upper abdominal pain or discomfort, abdominal distension, etc.) and extra-gastrointestinal symptoms such as recurrence Refractory complications such as bronchial symptoms, repeated persistent cough, persistent chest pain; gastroscopy revealed that esophagitis with bile in the mucus pool as the main diagnosis; (3) Barrett's esophagus without bile reflux group: no typical reflux symptoms (re-acid, heartburn, chest pain) or complications of extra-gastrointestinal reflux such as recurrent bronchial symptoms, repeated persistent cough, persistent chest pain, etc.; gastroscopy Tips, the performance of Barrett's esophagus and no bile in the mucus pool as the main diagnosis; more than 2 times endoscopic examination results clearly no bile reflux is the main diagnosis; (4) Barrett's esophagus with bile reflux group: with or without typical reflux symptoms (re-acid, heartburn, chest pain) and other atypical upper gastrointestinal symptoms (upper abdominal pain or discomfort, abdominal distension, etc.) and extra-gastrointestinal symptoms such as recurrence Refractory complications such as bronchial symptoms, repeated persistent cough, persistent chest pain, etc.; gastroscopy revealed that Barrett's esophagus was manifested and bile was included in the mucus pool as the main diagnosis; 2) Control group: Aged 18-79 years old men and women who have not previously diagnosed "gastroesophageal reflux disease" or "Barrett's esophagus" and meet the following conditions: (1) no typical reflux symptoms (acid reflux, heartburn, chest pain) and other atypical upper gastrointestinal symptoms (upper abdominal pain or discomfort, abdominal distension, etc.) and extra-gastrointestinal symptoms such as recurrent bronchial symptoms, repeated persistent cough, persistence Backflow complications such as chest pain; (2) Endoscopy results were negative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) taking NSAIDS, hormones, calcium channel blockers, anticholinergic drugs; (2) having gastroesophageal surgery or abdominal surgery; (3) having digestive tract tumors, ulcers, cardiovascular, primary Pulmonary disease, kidney, infectious diseases; (4) pregnant women.
