Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 30 to 80 years old; (2) cerebral hemorrhage for the first time; (3) cerebral infarction for the first time; (4) Diagnosis conforms to the diagnostic points of various types of cerebrovascular diseases adopted by the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995; (5) confirmed by head CT or MRI; (6) course of disease: 2 weeks or less, the onset time is less than 1 years, and there is upper limb dysfunction; (7) Brunnstrom classification of affected limbs ranged from 1 to 5; (8) no formal rehabilitation or modern rehabilitation therapy has been received before clinical trials; (9) the patient himself or his immediate family member signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-first-time cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction or previous lacunar infarction with sequelae; (2) Consciousness is not clear, MMSE scale evaluation suggests dementia, sensory aphasia or mental disorders, can not cooperate with the examination and treatment of hospitalized patients; (3) patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) past history of cognitive impairment, neuropsychiatric history, drug abuse and alcohol abuse; (5) Stroke patients with major organ failure or critical illness and cancer have a greater impact on their quality of life than those with limb dysfunction after stroke; (6) the Brunnstrom classification of the affected limbs is stage 6; (7) patients received regular Chinese medicine rehabilitation or modern rehabilitation therapy before clinical trials; (8) 2 weeks 1 years; (9) Failure to complete the basic course of treatment, poor compliance (i.e., failure to adhere to treatment) and difficulty in follow-up.
