Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for breast cancer patients: = 50 years; invasive ductal carcinoma with positive estrogen receptor/progesterone receptor (if puncture pathology before surgery); single lesion, maximum tumor diameter = 3 cm No regional lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis was found in the clinic; no neoadjuvant therapy was received; the subject agreed and signed the informed consent form (if the subject does not have the ability to judge, the legal guardian is required to sign the informed consent form). The criteria for enrollment of thyroid cancer are: thyroid cancer confirmed by pathological examination; patients can tolerate surgery; tumors seriously affect patients' lives, must undergo surgery; have not received radiation therapy and I 131 treatment; subjects agree and sign informed Consent Form (If the subject does not have the ability to judge, the legal guardian is required to sign the informed consent form).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for breast cancer patients: including contraindications for breast-conserving radical mastectomy for breast cancer (previously done breast or chest wall radiotherapy, diffuse suspicious or cancerous microcalcifications, extensive lesions that are difficult to achieve by local resection of a single incision Negative, no resection of the pathology can not guarantee negative pathological margin; lobular carcinoma in situ or invasive lobular carcinoma (if puncture pathological examination before surgery); pregnant women; breast Paget disease; tumor margin or microcalcification distance from the edge of the areola <2 cm; the nipple is pulled or there is a bloody discharge of the nipple; inflammatory breast cancer. Exclusion criteria for patients with thyroid cancer: distant metastases; inability to tolerate surgery; previous radiation therapy or I 131 treatment.
