Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From 18 to 80 years old, the diagnosis of shock within 24h met one of the following conditions: (1) hypotension, that is, mean arterial pressure (MAP) 2mmol/l of blood lactic acid, acidosis, oliguria, acute disturbance of consciousness and so on; (3) blood pressure should be maintained with vasoactive drugs; (4) Agree to sign a informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Body mass index (BMI) 35 kg/m2 or 2 degrees, intracardiac shunt, heart failure and so on); (5) Severe pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis and can not get good pulmonary ultrasound images; (6) Patients with PICCO catheterization and leg lifting contraindications; (7) Refusal to participate.
