Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients under 18 years of age admitted on participating wards within 24 hours prior to 8am on the selected day of each point prevalence survey should be included. Patients who are admitted at this time but do not have an ongoing antimicrobial prescriptions will be included in denominator data but do not contribute data of antimicrobial agents. For special childrens hospital, neonatal department, neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric intensive care unit, respiratory department, department of infectious diseases, general surgery department will be participated in this project. For general hospital, neonatal department, neonatal intensive care unit and general pediatric department will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who discharge on the selected day of each point prevalence survey should be included and patients who are admitted into hospital on the selected day will not be collected data.
