Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects were diagnosed as refractory glaucoma (IOP cannot reach the target eye pressure); 2. Best corrected visual acuity < 0.1; 3. The subjects with an IOP greater than 35 mmHg in either eye; 4. The subjects were older than 18 years and younger than 80 years; 5. The subjects were not underdone intraocular surgery or laser treatment 90 days before ultrasound cycloplasty; 6. All subjects were voluntarily sign informed consent and complete postoperative follow-up examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subjects with eye infections 2 weeks before recruitment; best corrected visual acuity was or better than 0.1; history of ciliary diode laser or cryotherapy; with intraocular or retroocular tumor; with history of vitrectomy; with Ahmed Glaucoma Valve; with aphakia ; with abnormal anatomy of anterior segment which lead to sclera extension or ciliary body ectopia; other diseases that can influence intraocular pressure measurement including choroid hemorrhage or detachmentLens subluxation,thyroid associated ophthalmopathydiabetic retinopathy or macular edema; 2. Subjects with any disease that could influence follow-up examination; 3. Pregnant women or breast feeding women; 4. Subjects participated in other clinical trials within 30 days.
