Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of for depression disorders on DSM-IV; 2. Aged 18-60 years old, high school and higher education levels; 3. The patient has civil capacity to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form; 4. The antidepressant treatment plan was stable within 4 weeks before screening, and the types and doses of antidepressants did not need to be adjusted within 8 weeks of the planned treatment period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suicidal tendency (the third item of HAMD "suicide" = 3 points); 2. depressive disorder with psychotic symptoms; 3. Patients with major depressive disorder have severe psychomotor retardation or agitation, and thus it is difficult to complete the researcher; 4. According to DSM-IV, diagnosed as material dependent (excluding nicotine dependence) within 6 months prior to screening; 5. Current medical history or past medical history of any of the following diseases: (1) schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders; (2) bipolar disorder; (3) dementia or any other neurodegenerative disease; (4) any mental illness or drug-induced mental illness disease.
