30 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of a first-ever stroke with a confirmation by skull CI of MRI scanning; (2) Aged 18 years old or older; (3) Barthel Index score no less than 40 and no more than 95; (4) Be informed of the nature of the study and signed the consent form by their own volition.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe active liver disease, hepatic and renal insufficiency, congestive heart failure, malignant tumors, and respiratory failure; (2) Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage; (3) Patients with severe cognitive impairment, anxiety, or depression who cannot cooperate with treatment; (4) Unable to cooperate with follow-up evaluation.
