Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced tumors diagnosed by pathological cytology and/or histology, including lung cancer and ovarian cancer; 2. Patients who met the criteria for hypercoagulability of the blood and had a low risk (0-2 points) in the Khorana score, or who met the hypercoagulable state of the blood and the high risk of the Khorana score (=3 points), but who had contraindications to anticoagulation therapy; 3. TCM syndrome differentiation is based on qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome or qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; 4. aged 18-75 years old; 5. The ECOG score is 0-3 and the expected survival time is greater than 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with repeated vomit or fecal occult blood positive risk of bleeding; 2. PLT < 50 × 10^9/L or patients with a tendency to visceral bleeding; 3. Patients who are receiving or preparing to receive bevacizumab, thalidomide or interventional therapy; 4. There are severe systemic diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and blood. The researchers believe that it is not suitable for the group; 5. Patients known to be allergic to research medications; 6. patients who are participating in other drug clinical trials.
